• Digital Photo - 600 × 600 pixels min - 1200 × 1200 pixels max, Max file size 240 KB
• Valid passport and Previous passports (if you have them)
• National ID number (if applicable)
• Canadian Status - Permanent Resident Card , Work permit, etc.
• Travel information - Planned travel dates (if known); Travel itinerary (if already booked)
• US. address where you will stay (hotel, friend's home, etc.)
• Person or organization you will visit in the U.S.
• U.S. travel history - Dates of all previous visits to the United States (last 5 years);Previous U.S. visas (if any)
• Employment and education derails
• International travel history - Countries visited during the last 5 years
• Family information - Parents and Spouse's information; Information about relatives in US
• Social media - usernames (not passwords) for social media platforms you've used during the past five years
• Business visitors: Invitation letter or company information (if applicable)
