• Brazil Visa Application form
• Prior Authorization From Brazil. Before submitting an application of Work Visa to the Consulate General of Brazil in Toronto, the Brazilian company must first submit the application to the Ministry of Justice.
• Original Passport and  a scan copy. It must have at least two blank pages
• One recent PHOTOGRAPH 5cm x 5cm (2”x 2”). The photo must have the photographer's stamp, date, and the location where the photo was taken ON THE BACK;
• BIRTH CERTIFICATE with parent’s full name- NOTARIZED copy 
• Local Police Criminal Record issued within the last 3 months.
• Photocopy of a valid Driver’s License;

• Brazil Visa Application form
• Original Passport and a scan copy. It must have at least two blank pages
• One recent PHOTOGRAPH 5cm x 5cm (2”x 2”). The photo must have the photographer's stamp, date, and the location where the photo was taken ON THE BACK;
• Non-Canadians must also provide proof of legal status in Canada
• Flight reservatio copy
• Hotel booking for the full duration of your stay
• Bank Statements (the last 3 months 
• Invitation Letter if applicable

• Scan copy of Passport ID Page jpeg,.jpg,.upto 2 MB
• Photo  3.5 x 4.5 cm - jpeg,.jpg,.upto 2 MB (white background)
• Flight reservation - jpeg,.jpg,.png,.pdf upto 1 MB / Hotel reservation if traveling by land
• For Tourism - Proof of Employment - jpeg,.jpg,.png,.pdf upto 1 MB (Letter from Work with the reasons for travelling or Letter from self detailing activities in Brazil)
• For Business - Letter from either Canadian or Brazilian company.
