• Passport-Type Colour Photo 3,5 cm x 4,5 cm). 
• Original of Canadian  permanent resident card or valid multiple entry Canadian visa + copy (in case of PR Card a copy of both sides)
• Bank statement from Canadian bank covering the last 3 months
• Flight itinerary (can be done for additional fees) 
• For Tourist Visa- Hotel Reservation (can be done for additional fees);
• For Business Visa – a letter from the applicant’s company and an invitation letter indicating the nature of applicant’s business,  duration of stay, the places and firms to be visited.
• For Study and Work - an official invitation letter, employment confirmation.
