South Korea Visa Consultants - Application Form and Requirements

• Valid passport (valid for at least three months after the planned journey, has at least two blank pages)
• Application Form - we hel you with application form
• One Colored photo (35mm x 45mm). 
• Original of Canadian  permanent resident card or valid multiple entry Canadian visa + copy (in case of PR Card a copy of both sides)
• Flight itinerary* + copy (can be done for additional fees) 
• Travel medical Insurance** (can be done for additional fees).
• Prof of sufficient financial means (e.g. the 3 latest bank statements ) + copy.
• For applicants under the age of 18 years: original birth certificate with parental information + copy and declaration of consent of both parents + copy of the parents passports.
• For Business Visa – a letter from the applicant’s company and an invitation letter indicating the nature of applicant’s business,  duration of stay, the places and firms to be visited.
• For Study and Work - an official invitation letter, employment confirmation.
• For Transit visa- permit to enter a third country, which is the final destination and tickets for the trip. Citizens of the following countries need an airport transit visa: Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Congo, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Ghana, India, Iran, Iraq, Jordan, Lebanon, Mali, Myanmar, Nigeria, Pakistan Somalia, Sri Lanka, Sudan, South Sudan, Syria, Turkey. Exceptions: Holders of valid Canadian PR Card or valid Canadian Visa
